Hales and Lunn PIR Panels

(Polyisocyanurate)

The PIR wall and roof panel system is a heavier product and is relatively easy to use system that has been used extensively overseas for many years.

Due to the increased demands from certain areas of the insurance industry in Australia this product is being more widely used.

The panels are manufactured with the PIR core in varying thicknesses, various widths and a very large selection of colours, textures, and various bonded profiles and materials which make these panels suitable for all sorts of applications including the cold storage industry and wall cladding and architectural building designs. The panel system uses an interlocking panel joint. PIR panel has good thermal capabilities and even better spanning capabilities, due to the "long span" product capabilities which in turn can reduce other structural requirements creating cost savings.

The PIR panel system is an FM Approved system (Factory Mutual) and must be installed to the correct specifications to maintain FM approval, and is suitable for many applications.
