The EPS wall and roof panel system is one of the lightest most cost effective and easiest to use systems available for the cold storage industry, and has been widely used throughout Australia and overseas for many years. The panels can be manufactured with various different EPS core grades thicknesses and various coloured and profiled materials bonded to the cores to meet different thermal and engineering capabilities. The panel system uses an interlocking panel joint and comes in 1200mm wide modules; however the panels can be manufactured to differing length requirements. The EPS panel system is accepted as "deemed-to-satisfy by the building code of Australia (BCA). The core material is a self extinguishing grade EPS conforming to AS 1366.3 The key to optimum performance from the EPS product lies with the correct installation procedures and systems adopted during the construction process and the right application.
